No, refunds are not available for sale or marked-down items. You may receive store credit, subject to a 15% shipping and handling fee.
No. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

For returns without a receipt or order number, or returns made outside the 15-day window, a store credit may still be issued.
Yes. Partial refunds may apply if:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
